Frying Pan Surprise Pie

Ingrediends:
- 1/4 kg of flour
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tablespoon of yeast
- 1 cup of water(more if needed)
- 1/2 tablespoon of salt
- 1/4 kg of sugar
- 10 tablespoons of cocoa powder
- 1 banana
- 1 tablespoon of rum
- 50 gr of vanilla sugar
- about 200 gr of medium salted cow cheese

Preparation:
You put the water in a container and while mixing pour the flour. When it begins to get sticky put the yeast, the salt, the sugar and the egg and continue mixing until you get a dough.

Stretch the dough until you have enough room to fill it with everything else you've got when folded in two.

Cut the banana into medium slices and put them on one half of the dough.

Crush the cheese and put it over the banana and press until you have an uniform area. After that deepen the center of the cheese and banana until you can pour the rum inside.. now pour the rum inside. Put the vanilla sugar and cocoa powder over the rum make them pasty by playing with your finger in them.

Now you can fold the dough, covering the mix with the other half and force the extremities to stick to eachother, making a sort of pocket.

Pour oil in a frying pan, as much to cover about half of the thickness of the dough you have.

Put the frying pan over fire and wait until the oil heats up. When it's ready, put the dough in the pan and wait until that side gets browny and hard. Flip it over and wait for the other side to get browny..

That's it! You now have an awesomely tasting pie!

My whole family enjoyed it!

Take care!
